The Océanos Story
Founded in 2012, Océanos was born from a love of surf, travel, and authentic experiences. Meet Ismael – The Soul Behind Océanos
From learning on his brother’s surfboard as a kid to riding 20-foot waves at Punta de Lobos, Ismael Herreros has always chased the feeling of being alive. Growing up in Santiago, he traveled the world in search of waves a the professional competition level, but found his true home in Pichilemu—where the ocean, the culture, and the wild landscapes captured his heart. With a degree in eco -tourism and over a decade of surf coaching under his belt, Ismael created Océanos to share his passion for surf, adventure, and the simple joy of living fully.
